ZAP Weather, bulunduğunuz yerin ve kaydettiğiniz şehirlerin hava durumunu gösteren bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında hangi verileri, hangi amaçla, hangi hukuki sebebe dayanarak işlediğimizi ve haklarınızı açıklar.

Veriler, uygulama aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda ve otomatik yollarla toplanır. Hukuki sebepler:
Konum izni uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda istenir ve yalnızca uygulama açıkken kullanılır. Arka planda konum alınmaz. İzni reddederseniz uygulama çalışmaya devam eder; şehirleri elle ekleyerek kullanabilirsiniz. İzni istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından geri alabilirsiniz.
İzin verirseniz şu bildirimleri gönderebiliriz; her birini uygulamadaki Bildirimler ekranından ayrı ayrı kapatabilirsiniz:
Hava bildirimleri cihazınızda, uygulamanın en son aldığı tahminden oluşturulur. Android'de uygulama kapalıyken yaklaşık saatte bir, ana ekran widget'ı ve bu bildirimler için cihazınızda kayıtlı son konumun tahmini sunucumuzdan yenilenir; bunun için yeni konum alınmaz.
Uygulama Google AdMob reklamları gösterir: ekranın altında bir banner, tahmin listesinin içinde bir reklam kartı ve yalnızca siz isterseniz izlenen, 24 saat reklamsız kullanım kazandıran ödüllü video. AdMob, reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek için cihazınızın reklam kimliğini kullanabilir. Google'ın verileri nasıl kullandığı için bkz. Google iş ortağı siteleri politikası. ZAP Premium kullanıcılarında reklam kitaplığı hiç başlatılmaz.
ZAP Premium tek seferlik bir satın almadır. Ödeme tamamen Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yapılır; ödeme bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz. Uygulama yalnızca satın almanın yapıldığını cihazınızda kaydeder.
Uygulama zaman zaman Google Play'in uygulama içi değerlendirme penceresini gösterebilir. Verdiğiniz puan ve yorum doğrudan Google Play hesabınızla Google'a iletilir; uygulamaya bir bilgi gelmez.
Verilerinizi satmıyoruz ve reklam amacıyla üçüncü kişilere aktarmıyoruz. Uygulamanın çalışması için yalnızca aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılar veri işler:
Bu hizmetler verileri Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda (örneğin Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde) işleyebilir. Yurt dışına aktarım KVKK'nın 9. maddesine ve GDPR'ın uluslararası aktarım hükümlerine uygun olarak, hizmet sağlayıcının sunduğu standart sözleşme hükümleri gibi güvencelere dayanılarak yapılır. Yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda yetkili kamu kurumlarıyla paylaşım yapılabilir.

Uygulama ile sunucularımız arasındaki tüm bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS). Google API anahtarı uygulamada değil, Google Cloud Secret Manager'da tutulur. Hesap ve şifre bulunmadığından bu tür bilgiler sızamaz.
ZAP Weather 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaştaki kullanıcılardan veri toplamaz. Böyle bir durumu fark ederseniz bize yazın, ilgili verileri sileriz.
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, şartları oluştuğunda silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'taki kullanıcılar GDPR kapsamında ayrıca işlemeyi kısıtlama, veri taşınabilirliği ve rızayı geri alma haklarına sahiptir.

Hesap bulunmadığından, talebinizi eşleştirebilmemiz için yaklaşık tarih ve cihaz modelini eklemeniz yardımcı olur. Yanıtımızı yeterli bulmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na, AB'de ise yaşadığınız ülkenin denetim makamına şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz. Bu metin değişirse yukarıdaki güncelleme tarihi yenilenir ve yeni sürüm bu adreste yayımlanır. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de duyururuz.

ZAP Weather is a mobile app that shows the weather where you are and in the cities you save. This policy explains what data we process, why, on what legal basis, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data is collected electronically and automatically through the app. Legal bases:
Location permission is requested the first time you open the app and is used only while the app is open. No location is taken in the background. If you decline, the app keeps working and you can add cities by hand. You can withdraw the permission at any time in the device settings.
If you allow notifications, we may send the following. Each can be switched off separately in the app's Notifications screen:
Weather notifications are written on your device from the latest forecast the app has. On Android, about once an hour while the app is closed, the forecast for the last location stored on your device is refreshed from our server for the home-screen widget and these notifications; no new location is taken for this.
The app shows Google AdMob ads: a banner at the bottom of the screen, one ad card within the forecast list, and an optional rewarded video you start yourself for 24 ad-free hours. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to serve and measure ads. See how Google uses data from partner apps. For ZAP Premium users the ads library is never started.
ZAP Premium is a one-time purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store; your payment details never reach us. The app only records on your device that the purchase was made.
The app may occasionally show Google Play's in-app rating dialog. Any rating or review you give goes straight to Google with your Google Play account; nothing about it reaches the app.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Only these service providers process data so the app can work:
These services may process data on servers outside your country (for example in the EU and the US). Such transfers rely on safeguards offered by the provider, such as standard contractual clauses, in line with the GDPR and Article 9 of the KVKK. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.

Every connection between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). The Google API key is kept in Google Cloud Secret Manager, never in the app. With no accounts or passwords, there are none to leak.
ZAP Weather is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. If you learn that this has happened, write to us and we will delete it.
You may ask whether we process your personal data and for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw any consent you gave. Under the KVKK you may also learn the purpose of processing and the third parties it was transferred to, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
Write to crezapstudio@gmail.com; we answer free of charge within 30 days. Since there is no account, an approximate date and your device model help us find the records. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to your local data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Board). See also the Data deletion page.
If this policy changes, the date above is updated and the new version is published at this address. Significant changes are also announced in the app.
