ZAP Weather; bulunduğunuz yerin ve kaydettiğiniz şehirlerin anlık hava durumunu, saatlik ve 7 günlük tahminini, sabah hava özetini, yarın için akşam notunu, yağmur uyarısını (Android) ve ana ekran widget'ını sunar. Hava verileri Google Weather API'den, yer adları Google Geocoding API'den alınır.
Hava tahmini doğası gereği bir öngörüdür. Uygulamadaki bilgiler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; doğruluğu, eksiksizliği ve güncelliği garanti edilmez.
Can güvenliği, sağlık, tarım, havacılık, denizcilik, inşaat, enerji veya afet yönetimi gibi kritik kararlarınızı yalnızca ZAP Weather'a dayandırmayın. Yağmur uyarısı ve diğer bildirimler resmî meteorolojik uyarıların yerini tutmaz. Bu durumlarda Meteoroloji Genel Müdürlüğü gibi resmî kaynakları ve yetkili makamların uyarılarını esas alın.
İzin verirseniz sabah 07:30'da hava özeti, gerektiğinde akşam 20:00'de yarının özeti, yağmur başlamadan önce yağmur uyarısı ve uygulamayla ilgili duyurular gönderilir. Her birini uygulamadaki Bildirimler ekranından ayrı ayrı veya cihaz ayarlarından tamamen kapatabilirsiniz. Duyurular uygulamayla ilgili bilgilendirmedir; üçüncü taraf reklamı içermez.
Bildirimlerin zamanında ulaşması internet bağlantınıza, cihazınızın pil tasarrufu ve bildirim ayarlarına bağlıdır. Bir bildirimin gecikmesi veya hiç ulaşmaması hâlinde sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
Uygulama Google AdMob reklamları gösterir: ekranın altında bir banner, tahmin listesinin içinde bir reklam kartı ve yalnızca sizin başlattığınız ödüllü video. Reklam içerikleri Google tarafından sunulur; reklam verenlerin ürün ve hizmetlerinden ZAP Weather sorumlu değildir. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası.
Uygulamanın adı, logosu, tasarımı ve kodu Zapu Studio'ya aittir. Size uygulamayı kişisel olarak kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir kullanım hakkı tanınır. Hava verileri ve yer adları Google'a aittir ve Google'ın koşullarına tabidir. Uygulamada kullanılan açık kaynak yazılımların lisansları uygulamadaki Yasal menüsünden görülebilir.
Özellikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Eski bir sürümde ciddi bir hata varsa uygulama sizi güncellemeye yönlendirebilir. Hizmeti süresiz olarak durdurmamız gerekirse bunu önceden uygulama içinde duyururuz; satın alınmış Premium, uygulama çalıştığı sürece geçerliliğini korur.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, hava tahmininin veya bir bildirimin gerçekleşmemesinden, gecikmesinden ya da hizmetin kesintiye uğramasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Kast veya ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluk ile tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız bu maddeden etkilenmez.
Konum, bildirim, reklam ve hata verilerinin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde açıklanır. Verilerinizi silmek için Veri Silme sayfasına bakın.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih yenilenir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz; değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatıyla, yerleşim yerinizdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

ZAP Weather shows current conditions and the hourly and 7-day forecast for where you are and for the cities you save, the morning forecast, the evening note about tomorrow, rain alerts (Android) and a home-screen widget. Weather data comes from the Google Weather API and place names from the Google Geocoding API.
A forecast is by nature a prediction. The information in the app is for general information only; its accuracy, completeness and timeliness are not guaranteed.
Do not base critical decisions about safety, health, agriculture, aviation, shipping, construction, energy or disaster management on ZAP Weather alone. Rain alerts and other notifications are no substitute for official weather warnings. In such cases rely on official sources such as your national weather service and the warnings of the authorities.
If you allow them, the app sends the morning forecast at 07:30, a note about tomorrow at 20:00 when it matters, a rain alert before rain starts, and announcements about the app. You can switch each off separately in the app's Notifications screen, or all of them in the device settings. Announcements are information about the app and never contain third-party advertising.
Whether notifications arrive on time depends on your connection and on your device's battery-saving and notification settings. We are not liable if a notification is late or does not arrive.
The app shows Google AdMob ads: a banner at the bottom of the screen, one ad card within the forecast list, and an optional rewarded video you start yourself. Ads are served by Google; ZAP Weather is not responsible for advertisers' products or services. See the Privacy Policy.
The app's name, logo, design and code belong to Zapu Studio. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app. Weather data and place names belong to Google and are subject to Google's terms. The licences of the open-source software in the app can be viewed from the app's Legal menu.
We may change, add or remove features. If an older version has a serious bug, the app may ask you to update. If we ever have to stop the service for good, we will announce it in the app in advance; a Premium purchase stays valid for as long as the app works.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by a forecast or a notification that turns out wrong or late, or by an interruption of the service. Liability for intent or gross negligence and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this address with the date above. Significant changes are announced in the app; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. As a consumer you keep the right to turn to the consumer bodies and courts where you live.
